2010 River Permits Online

The National Recreation Reservation Service is now processing all river lottery applications, reservations, cancellations and payments. Please visit their website at www.recreation.gov to apply. You can also call 1-877-550-6777 to reserve pre/post season launches or cancellations.

Confirmation required for all successful lottery participants!

Once the lottery is completed, all successful applicants must confirm their reservation no later than March 15, 2010. Unconfirmed reservations will be released on March 16th. To confirm, you must accept the reservation at www.recreation.gov. For Middle Fork or Wild Main Salmon reservations, you must also make a minimum payment of recreation fees.

Special Note about Boat Stickers

Idaho passed a new Boat Sticker requirement - Anyone who wants to launch a boat on Idaho waters will have to buy an Idaho Invasive Species Fund sticker. This new Idaho law requires the owner of any boat and any nonmotorized vessel (canoe, kayak, raft, drift boat, etc.) to buy and display this sticker to legally launch and operate the boat in Idaho. Inflatable, nonmotorized vessels less than 10 feet long are exempt.
