Anna George is an Idaho native with a passion for fitness, outdoor recreation, and helping others meet their health and physical goals. Anna is a NASM certified personal trainer, a certified Tsunami Water Fitness and Lagree Fitness Method group instructor.
Anna is a fabulous team leader for Idaho River Sports and teaches stand up paddle board (SUP) fitness and has been instrumental in SUP programs for the College of Idaho.
