SUP Yoga Classes are for students of all skill levels with no prior experience needed.
Doing yoga postures on a paddle board brings in another element of BALANCE! Your full attention is needed, keeping you mindful and present. Expect to stretch, sweat a little (we will be under the beautiful sun), improve your balance, enjoy the water and the outdoors, and have a lot of fun!
Please arrive up to 15 minutes early to get set up. We recommend bringing a water bottle, towel, and wearing yoga clothing that you don't mind (possibly) getting wet!
Limited spots available for each class. (Limit 15 per class)
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel within 24 hours for full refund. OR we can re-schedule your class/session based off availability.
