Our Simple Purchase Terms
Our terms are simple...you're satisfaction is guaranteed and we'll work with you to make sure you get what you want at Idaho River Sports.In-Store Returns
Return any item that hasn't been worn and still has it's tags within 14 days and we will show our appreciation by exchanging the item for a like item or give you a full store credit. If the item was shipped to you, you can return it via the shipped of your choice and we will ship the replacement item back to the same way.
If the item has been washed or worn, and/or doesn't have it's tags, and you are returning it within 14 days of purchase, we will give you an exchange credit at the current sale price of the item. You'll have to call to use the credit for online purchase returns.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and needs to be on hand when you do your return.
We will order virtually anything for our great customers. We'll even eat the cost of shipping to get you what you want in most cases. A deposit of 25% is required at time of order. If the item does not fit or meet you needs we will refund the deposit less any special order costs like shipping. If you like it, you pay only the retail price.
Web or Telephone Returns
From the date of shipment, you have 14 days to evaluate your purchase. Provided it has not been damaged, used or worn (other than to try on for size) and no labels have been removed, you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund, or exchange at your discretion. You pay the return shipping.
This applies to all goods EXCEPT those made-to-order (e.g. most products and including cut fabrics) which will be refunded or exchanged only if defective or not conforming to details explicitly advertised on our site. This does not affect your legal rights.
Please note that we will refund our original shipping charges or the costs of your return costs, such as shipping, only if the goods are in some way faulty or defective. For other returns you will be responsible for all return costs.
We can only refund to the same credit card used for purchase; if this has expired, refunds will be by check or we can issue you a store credit.
If you do wish to return an item, please contact us to make arrangements before sending it. Failure to do so may result in unnecessary delays in your credit or exchange.
